Plan to save £5 on petrol and spend it within walking distance.

If 5000 people spent £5 in their local community each week that they would normally spend on petrol, local traders would get £25,000 more a week. It could be the difference between a corner shop staying open, a market or a pub shutting etc etc. Each time someone else spends it with a locally owned business the effect multiplies. But you NEF people know this because I’ve borrowed the theories from you :)
