Has anyone been to visit a community garden yet? You can probably reduce your workload an awful lot just by making friends with someone who's done the budgeting and planning already and asking them a few questions. OK, here's my starter for 10 - you've probably got loads of ideas - hopefully (if the tech works) you can post them below and we can all see everybody's input.
