Hi,

The ‘recycling’ bin for plastic bottles in the kitchen doesn’t get used anymore. i don’t know why. If it is some sort of logistical problem (e.g. getting it picked up) then once a week can’t a few people from here can just pop out and take it to the nearest recycling depo. (We could have list of volunteers of people who are happy to spare 1 hour of afternoon to do it then an adminstrator to organise people/ring up and get two people each week. We could have a pool car booked every week or someone who drives can offer theres).

I don’t know what people think? but I really think recycling really is an issue that needs tackling (think about all the landfills)! You never know, we might even get a mention in one of the many ‘eco’ publications/websites that are around nowadays (oh boy!)

I agree. I don’t mind using the pool car to take them somewhere.
